Tom has been writing and performing comedy for about 5-6 years, and co-founded The Unexpected Items along with everyone else. Outside of the Items, Tom wrote YouTube hit 'Newport (Ymerodraeth State of Mind)' with friends Leo Sloley and MJ Delaney. It received well over 2 million hits in two weeks, was awarded “No.1 viral of the Year 2010” by the Guardian, and came Top 10 in YouTube’s “Review of the Year: Most Watched Videos”. Last year Tom also took his first ever solo show, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury to Edinburgh, which received excellent reviews for both the writing and performance. He has written viral sketches for Samsung, and sketches and songs for a Channel 4 Pilot with Princess Productions. He has also been commissioned by BBC Comedy to write and perform several sketches, due for release in April this year. Tom is tall (it's all in the shins), and is currently to be seen singing, acting and emoting in venues across London. He enjoys comedy, as it is frequently hilarious.

Tom appeared in 'Mythbunking' at last year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
